How do billing and Payments work with Bluebox?
Container rentals are billed on a monthly basis. The rental starts on the day your container is delivered and lasts for a full month.You pay for transportation each time it happens, so you don’t have to pay everything all at once.
How long do I have to load or unload my BlueBox container?
You can keep your containers for as long as you need! We recommend using the container as a staging area, which will help keep your current or new home uncluttered during the moving process.
Where can I put my BlueBox container?
Most of our BlueBox containers fit on standard driveways. They can be placed on any hard pack surface, such as, compact gravel, dirt, concrete or asphalt. If you do not have a driveway our boxes will fit in a standard parking stall. If you are needing street side placement check with your local highway department to obtain a “right of way” permit.
Do I have to be there for delivery?
No, all though we encourage you to be there for delivery, our delivery personnel will contact you to go over placement details to ensure delivery goes as smoothly as possible. We also provide you with a delivery ETA to help coordinate around your schedule.
Do I need a lock for my BlueBox?
Yes, you will need a lock for your BlueBox, we recommend a circular lock, if you do not have one we have them available for purchase.
