"Let me start by expressing how much I HATE moving! Blue Box absolutely changed this to severely dislike, and Adam (my Blue Box transporter) made this process actually reduce my stress. First of all they really can park it anywhere, I encourage everyone to invite there wee one's to watch... the use controllers like that of an RC car and made the little kid in me whip out my phone in sheer awe. Add to this how very flexible Adam was with his schedule and you'll understand how much stress was removed. I wasn't ready when I thought I'd be and was stressing for days, who knew it was an easy text AND no extra charge. Then I scheduled the pick up and set my alarm... which apparently I didn't need to as I didn't need to be there. Any other company I assure you would not have been able to maneuver to where I needed it, but Adam did so easily..I actually think he was having fun too! I will never UHaul move again nor will I seek any other container options. I'm now a fervent Blue Box customer for life and hopefully Adam is a Blue Box employee for life.
